Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, must have tags, and be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or certificate of purchase for August.

Missing address information
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if the goods are defective, damaged or you have received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct the error.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return items you own and make separate purchases for new items once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding this, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
